How to train your weakest body parts so that they catch up fast!

Every one of us has a body part or two is weaker than others or we’d want to look better than others. There is a technique that I use now to get my chest (my weakest link and most liked body part to train) bigger. It has given a better definition to it after a few weeks already. It’s nothing hard and nothing magic. Here it is:

Train your selected body part twice a workout!

For example, I use a split training routine where I train my Chest/triceps/abs on Monday, Back/biceps/abs on Wednesday and Legs/deltoids/abs on Friday. So I train my chest with 3 sets of bench press, inclined bench press and dumbbell flies. Then I train my triceps, abs and then come back to chest training. I either repeat whole circle of three exercises for it or do one particular exercise. Now I’m focusing on my inner part of chest so I only do one additional exercise of dumbbell flies (3 sets). I feel more exhausted after workout and my chest is sore a lil’ more the next day. You won’t be able to use the same weights as at the start of the workout since your triceps will be exhausted after full workout so take smaller weights (by 10-20 percent)

So, I hope this short post and technique will be helpful for you. Tell me what you think about it ;)
