The Hardest Workout Ever!

I found a video about hardcore training. These guys have a great workout, I’ve not seen anything harder. Those guys give example to what a true workout is! It’s not recommended for beginners but everyone can use it as a motivation. It shows how hard you have to work to achieve things and that biggest part in this is mental. Listen to what that guy is talking about too, it can teach you some things ;)

I don’t understand why that was so difficult, it looked like all light weight and half the exercises weren’t free weight. Is it because they did it continuously? Fill me in!

Hey Brian,

well, because leg days are usually hardest from all training days. And they went on to do circles of exercises. They would do like 4 exercises straight with no rest in between and then repeat. Mentally and physically it’s a huge challenge.. no wonder they fall down after it…
