Let’s get this straight

I need to share something with you guys. If anyone of you have a question about who the hell I am to be giving advice to you, then this post is for you! I think everyone actually should read it!
Who am I to give you advice?
I am not an expert (not a personal coach or nutrition specialist). I created this blog to share what I’ve learned about bodybuilding and nutrition from various sources and my own experience. I believe it will be very helpful for my fellow skinny guys because there are lots of bodybuilding sites but they don’t concentrate on scrawny people like you and me. I used to be scrawny, very very scrawny, but during my training (almost 1,5 years) I have gained 20 pounds of muscle. Some gain more in the same amount of time, I have made a lot of training and nutritional mistakes. If not them I’d have gained 30 pounds by now.
And that’s why I’m here. I want other skinny guys NOT repeat my mistakes, I want to save you time and wasted energy. I am still learning new things about bodybuilding myself and will be doing it for a long time because there are countless ways of training.
This blog is only friendly advice. I will suggest you workout routines, exercises and foods that I know have helped me gain 20lbs of muscle. Some of you may use it and like it, some might not like. It’s ok with me.
I can promise that I only want to give the best advice for skinny guys, if I were to learn that everything I know today is wrong then I’d rewrite each and every single post on this blog and apologize to you guys!
If, after reading this post you think I should stop blogging tell me it. If you think I should stick around and keep giving you guys content then I will be more than glad to do it ;)
