This is not gonna be easy (Or why gaining muscle is not for Wimps)!

Guys, if you are serious about gaining muscle – you have to accept the fact that it won’t be easy. You will have to pay the price. Everything comes with a price in life and getting Body of Your Dreams is no different. The price will be hard, grueling workouts (sometimes even sickening), eating lots of food and counting calories (to get no less than you need). You will have to be patient and determined to gain muscle and not get discouraged by the fact that you lost a kilogram one month or added no weight the next month. It’s life, shit happens! But if you persist and keep eating and training properly you will succeed!

You will also need to change your lifestyle a bit. Not only find the time for training and eating properly (hardest thing to do) but also forget sleepless nights and drunk parties. You can still drink a little but if you want to get yourself really drunk and then train tomorrow then forget it. You will be just wasting your time. Your body needs to recover after getting a lot of alcohol and you must be well rested before a workout yourself. Muscles grow when you rest best. That’s why having enough sleep and energy is a must.

I wont try to sell you anything , like saying that if you read my blog and do the workout programs and suggest you will go from skinny to buff in like a month or so… nope.. not my style, I’ll better have less visitors then trick people into believing lies and have thousands of visitors. I am guy who talks straight, if I was to sell anything then it would only be something I have used or done myself (like those books I recommend, I’ve read a lot of books and articles, but I recommend only a few of them)..

You also have to prepare yourself to workout hard! And I mean HARD! Don’t just do a set and stop when you start feeling the burn. No, you need to do more reps then. These reps are best, they give the most benefit, yes it burns and it’s not a pleasant feeling, but if you are not a wimp, you CAN do those reps and withstand the pain! If you don’t do them then you will make it harder for yourself to grow muscles since they don’t get the workout they need. If you don’t push yourself in the gym, forget big, nice looking muscles.. You will always stay skinny… and I doubt that you want to…
