Stupid things Skinny guys want sometimes

Today, I’ve got to share with you this: a lot of guys (skinny ones included) just want to have a really big chest, arms and abs.. Yeah…rrriiight…. What’s the problem with that you ask? Well, YOU ARE SKINNY! You need to gain weight all over your body and look symmetrical. Build balanced physique. For that you will need to train not only your chest, abs and arms but legs (hugely important) and back too. You will gain a big amount of overall muscle on your legs because quads for example are biggest muscles in your body, leave them untrained and you loose ability to gain a nice amount of muscle. Back is also a big muscle and even tough you can’t see it in a mirror it still is important and gives you good overall look and strength.
Honestly, if I saw a skinny guy who just trains arms, chest and abs I’d be laughing a lot. He probably would look really silly because even if he had a nice amount of muscle on those muscle groups, he would have awfully skinny legs (basically sticks) and would be a laughingstock of the gym! And at the beach too.
It’s good to want a great looking body, but it’s not most important thing to look like Brad Pit in Fight Club! It wont guarantee you tons of girls (those that you would be really interested in). If you want to train seriously, then work out your whole body, develop each muscle group! if you still want to train only abs, arms and chest..well.. stop visiting this blog because it’s not for guys like that. I’m here to help you build serious and strong physique, not immature boy’s dream body!
