hi i thought ur post was brilliant and u said u achiveved 20 or 30lbs of muscle i think! id love to see ur before pic and after pic to prove that u has done it. im a skinny guy weight 124lbs and nearly 6 ft in heights. and id want to how how much calories shud i consume?
