Ok guys, I think it is time for me to show you guys proof I have gained muscle and I am not a scammer.. I will show you pictures that you can find in my BodySpace profile. Real profile I used when I got back to bodybuilding a year ago. I don’t use it as much now but I still update it..
Honestly, I am a bit scared to do this… :P It is not pleasant for me to show how incredibly skinny I was and that I can’t show you a great beach body YET!
So here are the pictures:
This one is from a year ago when I got back to bodybuilding. I wasn’t the skinniest here, I had already gained 8 lbs of muscle earlier just had to do a pause with working out.

This is how I looked at around 128lbs probably. This is not the newest picture, haven’t taken one yet.

Funny thing is.. I am still a bit skinny even though I have gained 20lbs. And that SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will probably happen to others too, you will bust your ass in the gym, you will eat a lot and you have some results, but other people wont be noticing it yet. It’s probably a very very important part where you might want to give up and stop trying to gain more muscle. But don’t! The results will come! That is why I don’t stop even though I am sometimes really pissed off with the slow progress, with the fast metabolism, with eating 6 times a day etc… I started this blog even to make myself even more committed to gaining muscle.
In the end, if you think I am an a skinny idiot who should not be having a blog and having other guys gain muscle then, well, I don’t really care, I enjoy helping others, I don’t scam anyone and I don’t lie.Yes I don’t have the beach body yet, but I will.

Thanx;) Well, I’m still looking to gain another 22 pounds!
BTW, there is no such thing as toning up, your muscles either grow or shrink you can’t get them more defined. People look defined when they have gained nice amount on muscle and don’t have a bug fat percentage. Then people call it “toned”or “defined”. And this is a great thing for skinny guys, we gain muscle and they show up earlier then for those with a lot of fat. It is easier for us to get a beach body in this way ;)

Having just looked at the two pictures above I would just like to say that if I had made that progress that would be all the motivation that I would need to carry on. That’s great work there. I will use this as motivation for myself.

Sure its not photo shop… only kidding. I half expected you to ask me for a small fee of only £29.99 to learn the secret. Free honest advice, cant go wrong i’d like to commend you on your efforts. Ive just signed up to your news letter, im also sick of being skinny & have decided to do something about it hopefully you’ll be able to count me as 1 of the 1000. Id say i have a similar physique to the 1st pic, i know every 1’s different but how long would you say it is time wise between photos?

Now, the difference was about a year, or a year and a month or two. Yet, I have to say that you can do it faster if you take the advice here and do it consistently (esp. nutrition part of it). I had screwed up quite a few times in the past and I could have had better results, now I know what mistakes I’ve made earlier and share them with you guys. Hopefully, you wont make my mistakes.
BTW, about money… I see at least 3 guys who make a living of such advice I give here… I am looking for work currently and made is a needed thing… it is tempting to write an ebook and have everything I know there and sell for 20 bucks. That would be very helpful in my situation.. but I can promise that the blog will ALWAYS be FREE! Every skinny guy in the world will be able to come here and get advice! I have no intention of asking guys to pay for info on this blog!
Looking forward to hearing how your progress goes and seeing your before/after pictures! It would be Great to have you in that group 1000 guys I helped get buff.

A long time of 18 months probably. I wasted lots of time (6 months) of overtraining 5 days a week and undereating.
I hit the gym 3 times a week. The BEST and the most ideal frequency for skinny guys to go to gym ;)

Thanx Joel, it’s really awesome to hear that! I created this site to help fellow skinny guys and want to be a good example you know, don’t want to fail, but it;s part of the game. I am on vacation now, came to USA for a few weeks and in mid-August I will be back in the gym starting a new challenge. I will not give up on this!

Doing Good .Ive seen a lot of improvement with my self now that i gained 20 lbs already even my friends and my relatives see how does my body improves,getting lot of compliments from them. Maybe some of this days ill gonna post some of my pics here to show my improvements :D
