Dealing with Lack of Motivation

I just went pass the stage of total laziness and no motivation to workout. And how I solved the problem?
Well, I “JFDIed” it. And JFDI means…
Just Fucken Do It!
I was procrastinating for two months, giving excuses like I have no gym shoes, no time (since I’m working on a new job and a new online project, they both eat time but there is still time for gym to be made). And at the same time I was like”wtf… I never had problems with motivation, what’s up now???..and I’m supposed to help guys get motivated and gain muscle..not fail myself.. “.
I don’t really know why I lost it, but to regain it, you just have to get going. Literally, I just left my home, and during 25 minute walk to gym ( it’s far from home and I don’t have car), I started remembering why I loved the gym, I imagined myself bench pressing weights, squatting and how I liked the atmosphere at the gym. And I was already happier at that moment. I still love the gym I realized. After a workout I was already planning my next workout and how I would deadlift etc. My motivation is back, baby!! ;)
So this is just a simple, short post I wanted to share today with you. Again, this journey of gaining muscle is not easy, but it is simple!! ;)
Cheers,
Adrian
