Do what you Hate!

Now that I’m back to in the gym after a pause I got to learn this lesson again…. Do what you hate!!!!!Why??
Cuz doing that will give you most important/best results!!!
I hate leg training. But now I’m doing two leg exercises per workout!!! Legs are my weakest link (and most skinny guys have this problem too) and they will require most work probably! I have real trouble making myself finish last sets of leg presses (4th and 5th) after I have already done 5 sets of squats at the start of workout…
But I will make myself do it! And it will pay off! I hope you will too! Hope this short message will make you think a bit about your weakest/most hated muscle groups and exercises and will inspire you to do them!!!

Hey Adrian I got a doubt I weigh about 102 pounds So will it be right to take 435 grams of protein a day????

no way you need that much. Just get anywhere from 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of your weight a day! ;)
Lol bro i highly doubt you can eat all that in one day. Nor that you need that many like Adrian said…
A 1.0g or 1.5g of protein daily ratio is fine, so lets say, you weight 102lbs… then you need from 102g-204g of protein a day.
I weigh 102 pounds then how many grams of protein should I take?
