More Activity On 36Pounds.com From Now On!

| Posted in Blog |

I’m gonna be more active on here. My money situation is now pretty stable. I got two off days at work and I can spend more time on the blog and forum. I had also lost concentration and focus and let my mind wonder on other ventures, not this blog. That’s bad.

From now on you will see my workout logs on the forum. I’m back in the gym next week so I will post details of every workout I do. You will see how am I doing.

I’m also planning to do first video ever on this blog. I will learn how to do this thing and upload it. I might actually switch to videos instead of writing content… I’m not the best looking face around but hell, this might be better. So we will see how it works out.

Out now, to work on a plan. A plan what to do with 36Pounds, what to post, maybe hold a contest etc etc…

Cheers,
Adrian

6 Style Rules Every Thin Man Should Know

Skinny men have in fact got an advantage over their plump counterparts when it comes to style. For example, it is more socially acceptable to be “skinny” than it is “fat” any day of the week.

Society tends to associate being lean with being attractive, which is a bonus to the thin man and a great starting block.
Naturally being a size that fits somewhere into the middle is ideal, which is why we need to turn to our good friend ‘perception’.

Perception

Perception is a very interesting concept and as they say “perception is reality”. So why not use this to our advantage and create a great “perception” wherever possible by following 6 simple rules that will help get us there.

Rule No. 1 – The fit

The fit of our clothes is very important and one that is overlooked by ALL men (not just thin men) way too often.
The core principles apply to thin men as they would any other body type. The fit needs to be snug, not too loose and not too tight. I know that it sounds a bit vague, but it is because the fit is always going to be slightly different for each piece of clothing. As a general rule, your clothes need to fit the contours of your body, but not in a way that you can see your body through your clothes because that would mean they are too tight.

On what subjects do you need advice? What would be helpful to you and make 36Pounds.com even better place for Skinny Brothers? Please vote on one of these things. The most popular one will be covered in 36Pounds.com either by me (finding best posts online and sharing links to you) or by guest posts from other blogs/sites who are covering it.

This DOESN’T MEAN that 36Pounds.com is changing it’s main topic into any of these. No, it’s still a blog for Skinny Guys gaining muscle, just with some additional advice. I think this would make 36Pounds.com better. Please vote and let me know your opinion ;)
