Skinny men have in fact got an advantage over their plump counterparts when it comes to style. For example, it is more socially acceptable to be “skinny” than it is “fat” any day of the week.
Society tends to associate being lean with being attractive, which is a bonus to the thin man and a great starting block.
Naturally being a size that fits somewhere into the middle is ideal, which is why we need to turn to our good friend ‘perception’.
Perception
Perception is a very interesting concept and as they say “perception is reality”. So why not use this to our advantage and create a great “perception” wherever possible by following 6 simple rules that will help get us there.
Rule No. 1 – The fit
The fit of our clothes is very important and one that is overlooked by ALL men (not just thin men) way too often.
The core principles apply to thin men as they would any other body type. The fit needs to be snug, not too loose and not too tight. I know that it sounds a bit vague, but it is because the fit is always going to be slightly different for each piece of clothing. As a general rule, your clothes need to fit the contours of your body, but not in a way that you can see your body through your clothes because that would mean they are too tight.

On what subjects do you need advice? What would be helpful to you and make 36Pounds.com even better place for Skinny Brothers? Please vote on one of these things. The most popular one will be covered in 36Pounds.com either by me (finding best posts online and sharing links to you) or by guest posts from other blogs/sites who are covering it.
This DOESN’T MEAN that 36Pounds.com is changing it’s main topic into any of these. No, it’s still a blog for Skinny Guys gaining muscle, just with some additional advice. I think this would make 36Pounds.com better. Please vote and let me know your opinion ;)

I have some GREAT news!!! In the coming week or two I am gonna post an interview with one Big Name guy from Bodybuilding/Nutrition world who is well trusted and doesn’t talk BS! It’s gonna be an interview where I will send him questions about training and nutrition for skinny guys who want to gain muscle. This is one step towards making 36pounds.com the BEST place for skinny guys to come and learn about gaining muscle.
I’m really really excited about it! I can’t be exact with the timing now, but I got promised that interview will happen. I’m currently thinking about questions which I’m gonna ask.
Hopefully, this will be first of many interviews with people who know how to help skinny guys gain muscle!
Stay tuned,

Hey guys,
I want to improve this blog as much as possible and make it as useful for you as much as it can be. Now, I can’t read your minds ( I wish I did, could provide posts that answer your answers 100 percent even before you wanted to ask them ;). Now, please let me know what would you like me to add.
A forum maybe?
Ability to have your Profiles in this blog and post pictures, updates and send messages to other guys here?
Maybe you need me to write more about training? Certain exercise? Certain food?
Or add section for recipes in this blog?
Or just close the blog cuz it sucks? ( I hope not this one lol..)
Any suggestion is appreciated!! So leave the comment here on this post or email me at adrian@36pounds.com!
