Today I’m gonna share things that work way, WAY better than supplements and help you get that body of your dreams!!!
As requested by a reader (Samuel, hope you will read this), I’m writing about another supplement for those who are trying to gain muscle and go from skinny to buff. It’s creatine monohydrate and it’s very popular with those who lift weights. Creatine helps you increase muscle mass, strength and energy. It is a very useful supplement for everyone, not to talk about skinny guys like us who need every help they can get when gaining muscle (but still, the most important thing in gaining muscle is nutrition, not supps or training). If you don’t have proper nutrition then even creatine and protein powders wont help you!
