The day pretty much sucked… Had a bad mood and low appetite. Not much food. Probably around 2500 cals still… Nuts and milk saved me probably.

4 cups of milk 640+ cals
Chicken and potato soup
75g of peanuts 900+ cals
Bag of crisps 130 cals
2 Sandwiches 400 cals

Off to buy gym membership today, first workout tomorrow morning.

I forgot what I ate yesterday. Not good, need to write them on a list and post on the same day.

Yesterday was tough because of 11 hours of work, but I still managed to get 2500+ cals.

3 eggs
5 cups of milk (700+cals)
4 sandwiches at work (around 800 cals)
Peanuts (300 cals)
Rice and Chicken
Can of Baked Beans (300+ cals)

Day 4 is slow for me yet… Off to work soon…

BTC Challenge III: Day 2

Second day of the challenge… Can’t wait to get my wage this thursday and then go buy gym membership and start working out!

Today’s food:

Rice and chicken
3 Peanut butter sandwiches
3 eggs
5 cups of milk
2 sandwiches
Pack of crisps
Peanuts 50 g

Again around 2500 cals. When I’m back in the gym, protein shake is back in my food list and this will help bring up cals to 3000 daily.

I’m liking this challenge so far (Except drinking that much milk…had trouble downing last two cups of milk during the day but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do)!

Cheers,
Adrian

So today is the first day of Body Transformation Challenge III I joined at www.advancingman.com. I hope to gain 6lbs during the 3 months and have some fun meeting new people who will participate in it. I haven’t yet officially registered there (details…will do it soon) but already started the most important part of it for me personally. And it is eating a lot more than usual. I had a really bad appetite last month and no gym so there were no gains. But I’m joining new gym on Friday (moved to a new place recently).

From today I’m posting what I ate during the day, for 90 days. This is my biggest challenge. You will be able to see how I’m doing with nutrition and training as I will be updating you daily! ;)

Here are my rules for challenge:

Hey guys,

today I want to review an ebook that promises to help guys transform from skinny to buff. It’s actually the most popular ebook about this. And it’s called No Nonsense Muscle Building Time to check if it’s worth the hype it gets. :)
