I'm starting my workout log here.


Currently I have a new which is physically requiring and I am not going to the gym. Not this week. I need my body to adapt to big amount of cardio then I will be back in the gym.


My lifts are as follows currently:


Squats 77,5kg for 5×5

Deadlifts 112,5 for 5×5 (Personal best at 130kgs, that's more than 280lbs)

Bench Press 60kg 5×5 (worst exercise for me, although I like it)

Overhead press 40 kg 5×5 (shoulders tend to round forward so not doing anymore currently)

Barbell Rows 82,5kg 5×5

Pull ups 5×5 with my own bodyweight

Leg Press 140kg 5×5

Stiff-legged Deadlift 65kg 5×5


Looking forward to going to the gym!

It's almost two months since I've been to gym… :( I'm gonna be back there tomorrow. Gonna buy myself training shoes and work myself slowly into lifting.


I will keep every workout here, you will see my lifts here and how I progress. Tie to lead by example!!!!

I am now officially back in the gym! I went there yesterday and had a good workout in like more than 2 months.. I had total lack of motivation. I will write a blog post about it soon. I want to write about motivation now.


Anyway, workout was pretty light one. My strength has gone down considerably and weight too, I will weigh myself next time at the gym.


Bench press 50kg 1×8, 2×5

Squats 50kg 4×5, 60kg 1×5

BB Rows 60kg 5×5

Decline Crunches

DB Flies 10kg 3×10


Looking forward to next workout :)

Going to workout tomorow again. Didn't post last two workouts' results here, but definitely didn't miss them!!! Tomorrow comes Squats for 5×5!!!!..and Leg press for 5×5 :(((….
