is this a good 5×5 workout plan?

workout A

squats 5×5 legs

benchpress 5×5 chest

reverse bb rows 5×5 back

military press 5×5 shoulders

dips or close grip bench 3×8 triceps


Workout B

deadlifts 5×5 back, legs

incline bench press 5×5 chest

elevated cable rows 5×5 back

arnold dumbbell press 5×5 shoulders

bb shrugs 5×5 traps

closer grip ez bar curls or bb curls 3×8 biceps


is this a good 5×5 workout plan?

It's ok one,  I'd forget traps at the start and just do pull ups instead of shrugs. Traps are too small of a body part to be trained when one is skinny. Other than that, it's good! Just eat a ton! ;)
