Hey guys,

I have found some nice articles and videos for you and from now on, there will be series of Around The Web posts where I will put links to articles and videos that I think are useful for skinny guys trying to gain weight. It will be motivational posts, training stuff, nutrition.

In the first edition of Around The Web I want to share a video about squats, a motivational article and some nutrition advice.

Hope you will enjoy the video from EliteFTS about squats and how to do them properly (short video, but good one). EliteFTS is a site for powerlifters and athletes that is very good and I visit it often to see what they write there. Not all of the articles there are good for skinny guys so I just select stuff from there.

I updated the routine with 3 changes to it. It is better balanced now and even more effective than earlier. I’m proud of it and can go on to say that if you eat enough I guarantee gains with this routine. Here is the updated routine:

Updating 5×5 Routine for beginners!

During this week I will be updating the 5×5 routine. As my training progresses and my experience grows I want to change up some things and make the routine even better. No huge changes, just some small edits to make it more effective.

Also, second part about things you will hate when gaining muscle will be posted between Monday or Wednesday, it will feature probably the most hated thing which I’m sure has held tons of skinny guys from transforming their bodies. ;)
