I will just share a small tip that made my workouts more effective and allowed me to progress better…
It’s having a Workout Log!
Don’t believe me? Well, it allows you to track the weights your lifts on exercises, which let’s you know if you are actually making progress (doing more reps with the same weight or lifting bigger weight for the same reps).
It is important to progress constantly (although no one is perfect and no one progresses from workout to workout constantly). If you lift bigger and bigger and bigger weights as time goes, you are getting stronger (very important for us weak skinny guys) and you will get bigger. You will get that strong, good looking and healthy Beach Body ;)
In a coming post next week, \i will show you my own workout log and maybe link to software that can do it (if I find good one)
Sorry for having not been active on the blog guys!!! I will be more active! ;) I have big plans for this blog. A big surprise that I hope you guys will…

Which amount of sets and repetitions to use? Is 5 sets and 5 reps better than 3 sets and 10 reps? Or maybe it is 4 sets and 15 reps??? Which is the perfect one???
These are the questions that will always be asked by people and the debate will go on and on. Some will defend 5×5 and be willing to die for it, others will do the same for 3×10. This happens constantly on bodybuilding forums where people create threads about strength (functional) training vs bodybuilding training. In this post I will share my view on this matter.

Now, today I want to give you THE BEST workout I have personally done, I wish I had know about it early in my training. It’s a very simple, basic-first, easy-to-keep-track-of routine that will give you strength and size gains that you want ;)
This routine should be done 3 times a week, every other day (for example Monday-Wednesday-Friday).
Main goal with this routine is to progress as much as you can with adding weights each workout.
Now, you are gonna do 5 sets and 5 reps of each exercise (except the last one of the workout which is to be done for 3 sets and 8 reps). You need to do ALL 5 sets with the same weight. If you do 5×5 with it, next workout you must add 5lbs to the bar and seek to do 5×5 again. If you can’t, next workout you workout with the same weight. When you do 5×5 add 5lbs to the bar again!

Ok, today I wanna write about the Pump. Everyone who trains knows this great feeling that you get after a workout, your muscles are bigger (for a short period of time) and Arnold has even said that Pump is better than orgasm… Well… it does feel good, but it is not very useful!
