OK guys, I think I learned a few things while the BTC III challenge has just started. Here they are:
1. It’s not that hard to get 3000 cals a day
Really… Milk, nuts, peanut butter sandwiches or sandwiches with chicken and ham help a lot! It’s not that hard to get 1000 cals from milk alone!!! You drink 6 cups of milk and you have around 960 cals! Add 50g of nuts and you have another 300+ cals. And you can eat that much nuts in one sitting (if you like them esp.). In a day you can have two sittings of nuts of 50 g each that amounts to 600+ cals. And those are just two snacks and you don’t have to drink 6 cups of milk at once. Once every two hours a cup and you are ok! Combined that’s around 1600 cals! And you still have 3 meals to eat and one more snack could be sneaked in! ;) 500 cals a meal is not very hard! And this has NO SUPPLEMENTS at all. Protein shake will add some more cals to it :)

Hey guys,
update for two last days.
They both sucked for me and depressing mood is not good if you want to gain muscle. I gotta get rid of it somehow.
Day 8:
2 sandwiches
3 eggs
4 cups of milk
4 donuts
30-35g of peanuts
Probably didn’t get 2500 cals
Day 9:
4 cups of milk
50g pistachios
Soup
Pizza
Lion chocolate bar
Looking forward to tomorrow! Will do better! I give my word!

Not good. Both days sucked quite badly and day 7 was real bad in food matter.
Yesterday:
Can of baked beans 300 cals
2 Sandwiches
4 cups of milk 640 cals
Chicken wing and breast
Mashed potatoes and pork
Today (day 7)
4 sandwiches 800+cals
2 bananas
4 cups of milk
Bag of crisps 130cals
Pack of nuts (50g) 312cals
On day 7 I mostly ate sweets.. that sucks and its not good, but this happened today… Tomorrow will be different!

Already a fifth day of the challenge. wow…
6 cups of milk (feel like a hero for this! Maybe will drink even more today) 900+ cals
4 sandwiches 5-600 cals
Can of Baked beans 300 cals
Beer, crisps
Wasn’t really hungry yesterday. Will see how this day goes :)

The day pretty much sucked… Had a bad mood and low appetite. Not much food. Probably around 2500 cals still… Nuts and milk saved me probably.
4 cups of milk 640+ cals
Chicken and potato soup
75g of peanuts 900+ cals
Bag of crisps 130 cals
2 Sandwiches 400 cals
Off to buy gym membership today, first workout tomorrow morning.
