Day 14

Pizza 750 cals
Can of baked beans 300 cals
Meat and potatoes
4 cups of milk 640 cals
Nuts
Soup
Sweets

Should be around 2500+ cals that day

Day 15

Crisps
Apple
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
70g of peanuts
5 peanut butter sandwiches

I noticed I am more hungry on workout days and can eat more then and eat less on off days. Same happened yesterday, no workout, less food.

Back to workout today, yay! ;)

BTC III: Day 13

Yesterday was not a bad day. Been back to the gym first time and had a nice workout. Can’t push myself to the limit yet in the gym as I’m easing in slowly after a break, but by end of next week I should be going full strength.

Eating:
5 cups of milk 684 cals
Can of Baked Beans 302 cals
3 peanut butter sandwiches 400 cals
Ice cream 320 cals
50g peanuts 300+ cals
Meat (don’t know how to call it in english :P)

Workout:

Squats 1×30kgx5, 4×5 60 kg
Pull ups 4×5, 1×4
Dumbbell press Incline, 18kg, 3×8
Biceps curls 14kg, 1×5, 1×7, 1×9
Reverse dumbbell flies 3×8

Back to gym tomorrow. Can’t wait for it!! :) Will be deadlifting ;)

1 Year Anniversary of 36Pounds.com!

April 14th market an Anniversary for 36Pounds.com! I can proudly say that this blog has been online for 1 year. During it, I am pretty sure I achieved my goal of helping 1000 Skinny guys go buff! In a year more than 40 000 people from 154 countries visited the blog! Almost 3000 guys visited it more than 10 times!!WOW! Thanx everyone who has been here multiple times and gave me attention and chance to help!

In the second year my goal with this blog is to write an ebook and share it with you guys. I want to complete my own transformation and then inspire you to do the same! If I write an ebook then it will be step-by-step guide sharing my experience and making this journey of gaining muscle easier. I’d also be real happy to see 60 000 visits to the blog by the end of the second year (and that would mean 100 000 visits in total for the blog!!).

I want to thank you for reading this! Go eat now! ;)

BTC III: Days 10&11

Not too bad. Loads of nuts, more real food!

On day 10 I had tons of pistachios (100g has 600 cals and I ate more about 120g of them, about 750cals right there).

120g pistachios 750 cals
4 cups of milk 640cals
4 sandwiches 800 cals
Meat and potatoes around 300 cals
Pack of crisps 130 cals

Day 11:

100 g pistachios 600 cals
2 cups milk (Idiot, forgot to buy some more milk for myself!!!:( ) 320 cals
Soup 277 cals
Pasta and bacon and cheese 300 cals
Pack of crisps 130 cals
Chocolate bar 200 cals
1 can of Baked beans 300cals

More food tomorrow!
