What is 36Pounds?
If you are really tired of being skinny and hearing comments about it from other people and if you are ready to do whatever it takes then this blog is for you my friend.;) But it’s not for impatient and whiny .. It’s for those skinny guys who really want to change their life and don’t delude themselves to believe that you can gain 20lbs of muscle in a month. I know that you probably are tired of seeing nothing but bones and skin in the mirror. If you really want to change it, stick around – bookmark it or subscribe to RSS Feed. I will help you however I can. At least 2 times a week I will post articles, links, videos, tips, “secrets” and everything else that will help you. I created this blog in order to help 1000 skinny guys go from Skinny to Buff (having a great looking, strong beach body) and as I continue to learn new stuff about bodybuilding my goal has grown into something even bigger – to make Abbreviated Bodybuilding more popular! These days there are too much Bullshit in bodybuilding, stupid exercises, bad workouts and overuse of supplements! I want to change that. I am creating a system, a philosophy of training that is SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE and WORKS! And I WILL make it happen! So stick around!
